Tig welding
This is a process of welding that allows us to weld a wide variety of metals, commonly used when welding aluminium and stainless steel to leave a nice looking strong weld. It is our preferred method for aluminium tanks, aluminium frames, wheel repairs, stainless steel pipes, frame’s and brackets etc.

Mig Welding
The fastest and most common kind of welding gives us the ability to quickly and efficiently weld a wide range of mild steel components. Construction, agriculture, household, automotive are just a few industry’s where mig welding can be utilised.

Tube bending
Having the ability to bend tube and box section at out own premises is a huge asset when it comes to fabricating component’s and is a process that can be applied to all industries from marine and automotive to handrails and land scaping projects.

Lathe Work
We also have a manual lathe that often assist’s in producing parts. It’s very useful for making ‘’one off items’’. In a world where mass production is considered so important many companies rarely offer a reasonable price for a single part, which is why the manual lathe still has a place in our workshop.

Metal cutting
We of course also have the ability to cut and mitre a wide range of material’s, probably one of the most essential process’s in any fabrication workshop.
